Job Requirements

Prepare Asset register by referring engineering drawing

Prepare Equipment master technical characteristics from vendor document

Prepare Equipment hierarchy

Review vendor documents and create SPIR

Review spare parts and prepare Bill of Materials

Enrich existing Bill of Materials

Extract existing ERP data and enrich equipment master data

Prepare CMMS load file for SAP

Prepare Quality check list and set quality standards

Perform Quality analysis for deliverables

Work Experience

Knowledge in Tag extraction, Equipment creation, Bill of Material creation.

Knowledge in SAP ERP system

Maintenance experience in Oil and gas process equipment

Material master creation

Knowledge in reviewing engineering drawings

Quality management skills
