Role - Oracle Integration Cloud Admin

Skill -

• Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud Developer
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, patterns and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including designing and developing integrations using adapters and managing integrations
• Proficiency in web services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSO and related technologies
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Oracle ERP, HCM, Procurement and SCM)

Education - B.E. / B. Tech/ M. Tech / MSc / MCA

Experience - 7 - 10Years

Location - PAN India

Job Description:

• Provide daily support for Oracle Product Hub, resolving functional and technical issues
• Monitor system performance, data integrity and product data workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to product attributes, item creation, approvals and integrations
• Collaborate with Oracle support to manage SRs (service requests) and apply patches or updates
• Assist users with product data entry, validation and error resolution
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
• Support data uploads and corrections using FBDI, ADFdi and manual methods
• Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues and resolution
• Participate in testing activities for quarterly Oracle cloud updates and minor enhancements
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
