Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Design: Set up compensation plans, eligibility rules, budgets, and business rules.
Module Management: Manage annual compensation cycles, bonus plans, and variable pay programs.
Data & Integrations: Work with data models, org charts, and integrate with Employee Central for payroll updates.
Reporting & Statements: Create compensation statements, reports, and custom email templates.
Process Management: Design route maps for approvals and manage workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to align compensation with strategy.
Support: Troubleshoot issues and resolve tickets, often using tools like ServiceNow.
