Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health Insurance Counsellor to join our team at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health insurance and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide expert advice on health insurance policies and procedures to clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best health insurance options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their health insurance needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in health insurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant health insurance products.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in health insurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
