Oracle cloud US Payroll Professional @ Kastech

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud US Payroll Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in US Payroll implementations and support.

• 
  

  End-to-end implementation and/or support of Oracle Cloud US Payroll

  
  


• 
  

  Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, fast formulas, and costing

  
  


• 
  

  Handle US statutory payroll requirements including:

  
  
  • 
    

    Federal, State, and Local taxes

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    W-2, W-4, 1099, and year-end processing

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Integrate payroll with Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, and Core HR

  
  


• 
  

  Payroll testing (unit testing, integration testing, parallel payroll runs)

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide ongoing production support

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with functional and technical teams for payroll interfaces and reports

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare functional documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts

  
  


• 
  

  Support payroll audits and compliance activities

  
  

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

  
  


• 
  

  Strong hands-on experience in US Payroll

  
  


• 
  

  In-depth knowledge of US payroll tax laws and compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, and Payroll Balances

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and client-facing skills

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in implementation and/or AMS support projects

  
  

• 
  

  Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Payroll or Core HR)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in multi-state payroll

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of payroll integrations and third-party vendors
