Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate/SME - AR to join our team at PrimEra Medical Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment collection.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.

Conduct audits and reviews of financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on accounting principles and practices.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Proficiency in accounting software and systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.

Experience in managing and leading a team of accountants and auditors.
