Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Project Leadership: Lead workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, manage deliverables, and mentor junior consultants.
Core FICO Expertise: Deep knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing (CO-PA).
S/4HANA & HANA: Expertise in S/4HANA Finance, including the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, parallel/extension ledgers, and Fiori apps.
Technical Skills: Data migration (LTMC/LSMW), interfaces, validations, and SAP HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views).
Functional Integration: Design seamless processes with MM, SD, and PP modules.
Compliance & Reporting: Strong understanding of global tax (GST, VAT) and statutory requirements (US GAAP, IFRS).
Testing & Support: Develop test scripts, perform UAT, resolve complex production issues (L3 support), and manage cutover.
Documentation: Create functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Business Acumen: Advise clients, act as a trusted advisor, and align solutions with business goals.

Experience Required

Years: Typically 8-15+ years in SAP FICO.
Implementations: Multiple full-cycle implementations, including at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project (Greenfield or Migration).
Industry: Exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, or other relevant sectors is often beneficial.
