Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a domain expert for project processes and deliverables.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients across multiple geographies to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with global teams.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities with proven problem-solving skills.
- Logical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
- Maps background is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue resolution.
