Senior React Native Developer Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer who can drive high-quality mobile application development, contribute to architectural decisions, optimize performance, and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

Core Technical Skills

• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Native, and the broader React Nativeecosystem.
• Develop and maintain platform-specific modules for iOS and Android.
• Work with React Native Bridge and Fabric architectures, writing native modules whererequired.

Application Architecture & Feature Development

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable application architecture.
• Own complex development tasks and deliver optimized, performant solutions.

Debugging & Problem-Solving

• Diagnose and resolve issues using advanced debugging tools and techniques.
• Quickly identify root causes and implement efficient fixes.

Performance Optimization

• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Optimize re-rendering, resource usage, and overall app responsiveness.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
• Ensure feature reliability and robustness before deployment.

API Integration & Data Sync

• Integrate applications with backend APIs.
• Implement asynchronous data synchronization processes for smooth client-servercommunication.

State Management & Core React Native Competencies

• Proficiency in Redux, Hooks, Context API, and both class & functional components.
• Strong knowledge of async programming and RESTful API interaction.

CI/CD & Version Control

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and collaboration strategies.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to make timely and informed technical decisions.
• Strong ownership mindset to drive tasks to completion.
