Skills:

10-12 years of Hands-on experience of Application service management for leading ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP RISE, Mulesoft and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.Good knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, change and release management controls.Knowledge of code design, construction, testing, debugging, version control and technical design documentation.Functional knowledge of one or more industry verticals/market segments like Banking, Airlines, Ecommerce, Energy, Manufacturing, Utilities etc.Experience of cloud computing and excellent knowledge of Hybrid Cloud an on premise applications/business models.Knowledge of business process workflow, monitoring tools, service bus and integrations.Flexible to work as part of a follow the sun support teamCrisis management/critical incident management skills.Good To have:Infrastructure/Admin knowledge.Cloud Computing experienceCertification in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google) is highly regardedArchitectural exposure is good to have.Experience in Advanced analytics systems including but not limited to Apache, Hadoop, or any other Hadoop systems, HDFS, Graph and other non-relational databases.Understanding of Web and mobile applications such as User Interface (HTML, CSS, Java), Security solutions, Middleware interfacing (SOAP/REST/ /CRM/WebSphere/MQs) and Databases (MYSQL/Oracle/SAP-HANA/Oracle Exadata).
