Oracle Cloud PL SQL Professional @ Kastech

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled PL/SQL Developer with 5+ years of strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, database design, and performance tuning.

• 
  

  Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views

  
  


• 
  

  Write complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and performance-optimized code

  
  


• 
  

  Perform database performance tuning using indexes, explain plans, and query optimization

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and support data extraction, transformation, and reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with application, functional, and reporting teams to understand data requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Debug and resolve production issues and provide ongoing support

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards

  
  

• 
  

  5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL

  
  


• 
  

  Strong expertise in packages, procedures, functions, triggers, cursors, collections

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in performance tuning and query optimization

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Oracle database concepts (indexes, partitions, constraints)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with large databases and high-volume data

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with Oracle Forms & Reports / APEX

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of ETL tools or data warehousing concepts

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to Unix/Linux shell scripting

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
