Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in mobile development for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing innovative solutions in the Asset & Wealth Management and Cards & Payments domains. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that enhance our companys offerings and benefit society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and libraries to enhance application functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices in mobile development.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability addressing any performance issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into development processes.
  • Coordinate with product managers and designers to deliver user-centric mobile solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and codebases.
  • Engage in regular testing and debugging to ensure application stability and reliability.
  • Support the deployment of applications to app stores and manage post-launch updates and improvements.

  • Possess strong expertise in mobile development for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Demonstrate experience in Asset & Wealth Management and Cards & Payments domains is a plus.
  • Exhibit proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and libraries.
  • Showcase ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
  • Show commitment to staying updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.
