Job Description:

Responsible for managing the Audit Team in the assigned area and overseeing end-to-end Gold Loan branch audits. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company SOPs. Review gold valuation practices, identify spurious ornaments, monitor audit pendency, and ensure timely closure. Coordinate with branch heads and submit consolidated audit reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Gold Loan Audit experience

Experience in leading / managing audit teams

Strong knowledge of gold loan branch operations and audit controls

Willingness to travel within the assigned area

Qualification:

Graduation is mandatory
