Job Description

Role: Scrum Master II

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Remove impediments and manage team-level and cross-team dependencies.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners for backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Track progress using Agile metrics and tools (Jira, Rally).
• Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum practices.
• SAFe Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira or Rally (13 years).
• Basic understanding of Commercial Insurance and P&C systems.
