Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Functional Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP GTS and a strong background in Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role requires a professional who can seamlessly integrate industry essentials into their work. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP GTS solutions to enhance business processes.
- Oversee the integration of financial and accounting systems with SAP GTS to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide expert guidance on industry essentials to align business strategies with current market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP GTS processes and configurations.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of SAP GTS functionalities.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports generated through SAP GTS.
- Support the finance team in resolving complex accounting issues related to system functionalities.
- Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of SAP GTS solutions.

- Possess a strong understanding of SAP GTS and its application in finance and accounting.
- Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
- Exhibit proficiency in integrating industry essentials into business processes.
- Have a proven track record of successful SAP GTS implementations.
