• Customization building system and application for orders, orders to cash process

Day to Day Responsibilities (and how will this resource be measured?):

• Deep into customization experience specifically in Field services
• Middleware team but the expectation is the SF person would provide input to that team

Required Skills & Experience (in order of importance)

• 5+ years of Salesforce Field Service development & configuration
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud
  
• Salesforce Administration expertise
  
• Proven experience in custom Salesforce customization (Apex, flows, configuration)
  
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Service Cloud, Field Service strongly preferred)
