Role & responsibilities

Embryology and ART: Assist in

• Aseptic techniques, - In vitro fertilization (IVF), Oocytes identification, Oocytes denuding.
• Oocyte grading, Intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). IMSI Invitro Matured Sperm Selection Embryo culture and grading,.
• Embryo transfer, Quality control assays, Documentation and Record maintenance .
• Laboratory ethics, Patient counselling, Cryopreservation and thawing of gametes.
• Vitrification of oocytes and Embryos.
• Laser Assisted Hatching
• Embryo Biopsy for PGD

Andrology:

• Routine semen analysis (Sperm count, Motility, Morphology).
• Sperm wash techniques (Swim up and Density Gradient).
• Semen preparation for IUI.
• Semen banking.
• Cryopreservation and thawing.
• Sperm Chromatin Disintegration identification
