Job Description: BIM Modeler HVAC
Location : Fort, Mumbai
We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler HVAC with 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed HVAC BIM models and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage HVAC BIM models in Revit for residential and commercial buildings
- Prepare coordinated HVAC layouts, sections, and shop drawings
- Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and project requirements
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes
- Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC BIM modelling
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)
- Experience in both residential and commercial projects
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, standards, and coordination workflows.
