Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of content moderators to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
Develop and implement effective strategies for attrition control, shrinkage management, and KPI monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and improve overall BPO operations efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to content moderation.
Analyze performance metrics such as SLA achievement, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-12 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in Content Moderation/Content Review/Content Management.
Strong understanding of Escalation Management principles and practices.
Excellent Team Leadership/Team Management skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
Proficiency in Attrition Control/Attrition Management techniques using various tools like X-Ray Analytics etc.
