We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with strong expertise in marketing and placing IT consultants on various client requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bench marketing, direct client interaction, and working with tier-1 vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Market bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, L2, etc.) to tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.
Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and job search status.
Source and screen job requirements from various job boards, vendor portals, and client networks.
Submit consultant profiles to suitable job openings and follow up proactively.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, rate negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to generate continuous business.
Track daily submissions, interview schedules, and placement updates.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance for onboarding candidates.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for submissions and placements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-8 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT Staffing industry.
Strong understanding of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization categories.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Ability to build long-term vendor relationships.
Strong networking and market research skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience working with multiple consultants at a time.
