3-5 years experience in providing Service Desk support and 1 2 years SD Supervisor experience.
Prior experience in Hospital support
Experienced in providing support for Clinical apps like Cerner, All Scripts, eClinical Works
Clinical application support certification
Preferred certification ITIL v3 Intermediate.
