Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AS400 applications using RPGLE programming language.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, data integrity, and system configuration.
  
• Develop complex reports and interfaces using Synon tools for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  
• Provide expert-level support for existing systems by analyzing logs files, debugging code snippets, and performing root cause analysis.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in developing on IBM iSeries platforms (AS400) with a strong background in RPGLE programming language.
  
• Strong understanding of Synon development environment for creating custom screens, reports, forms & menus.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
