Job Description

Qualification & Experience - Any graduate with minimum 18 months experience with excellent Written & interpersonal skills.
Role - Attending Customer Queries, Requests, Complaints through Email OR Calls.
Attending escalations
Cross selling of bank products (Soft Sales - No Targets)
Shift Timings : For Male - Flexible to work 9 hours 24*7 rotational shift with TWO rotational weekly off.
Attractive allowances for night shifts for male only
Candidates working in the Afternoon shift starting after 2 PM will get 150 Rs. allowance per night. Similarly candidates working in night shifts starting at 11 PM will get daily allowance of 300 Rs.
For Female - Shift starts at 7 AM,8 AM,9 AM,10 AM and 11 AM (9 hours shift)
