Job Description

What You ll Do

Turn complex ideas into simple, delightful experiences.

Partner with product managers, developers, and senior designers to take designs from concept to launch.

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.

Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.

Help shape and evolve our design system as Minfy s products grow.

Keep learning, experimenting, and pushing what s possible in UX

What We re Looking For

2-4 years of professional UX design experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

A strong portfolio that demonstrates your process not just final visuals, but how you arrived there.

Usage of AI in design to empower and optimize the process

Curiosity, sense of humor, humility, and a love for collaborative work.

Bonus Points If You

Have worked in a startup environment

Have a degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline

Have startup experience or worked on aerospace or real estate projects.

Have experience building or maintaining design systems

Basic understanding of front end coding (HTML, CSS etc)
