Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, track performance metrics, and ensure all projects under the program align with business goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities - Own and drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Manage multiple interconnected projects, aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- Develop program plans, dashboards, status reports, and governance documents.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate review meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communication.
- Track financials: budgeting, resource allocation, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, compliance, and delivery frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvements in processes, delivery methodologies, and team efficiency.
- Support change management and manage expectations across customers and senior leadership.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
- 18+ years of experience in Program / Delivery Management in a technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple workstreams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools.
- Experience in stakeholder and client management at senior/executive levels.
- Excellent planning, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial/effort forecasting and resource management capability.
- Experience in [Industry e.g., Automotive.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple priorities.
