Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer @ Citiustech

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 5-10 years of experience in enterprise-grade Power Platform and Dynamics CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to address business needs.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and thirdparty applications.
• Participate in agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed components.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise Power Platform projects with a focus on Dynamics CRM.
• Strong experience in Dynamics plugins, custom components, and workflow development.
• Good understanding of various Dynamics 365 SKUs.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and self-service analytics.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience working in enterprise environments (Life Sciences/Healthcare preferred).
• Ability to work effectively within agile team structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entra ID B2C/B2B.
• Development experience using C#, React, and SQL Server.
• Relevant certifications (MB200, MB800, PL200, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with clinical trial management systems or healthcare platforms.
