Job Description

Having 4+ years of experience in Application & production support engineer
Core skills are UNIX, SQL, Production Support.
Good Knowledge in ITIL Process.
Application Production support Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
Possess extensive knowledge of REMEDY and Production Support.
Conducting system study coordinating with team member for maintenance and support.
Understanding business process study and analyze work-flow to design solutions.
Application / Production L2 Support.
Involved in maintenance and enhancement of the codes.
Working on Build of project environment Driving the change Management and Problem management within SLA.
Exceptional communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilize the same in a productive manner.
