Sr Technical Lead-Cybersecurity @ Birlasoft

Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
• Lead the development of technical solutions to enhance security posture and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on cybersecurity best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity to continuously improve our defenses.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat modeling and risk management.
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance regulations, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
