• 4 to 9 years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Experience writing reports and internal communications
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team
• Experience with agile process and delivery models
• A rigorous approach to documentation and organization
• Tools: Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout, Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, Maze Bonus Points
• SaaS experience
