Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop insights and recommendations that will help business and SEO Team to take strategic decisions and provide actionable insights for key business stakeholders
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value
ML & Data Insights: Apply machine learning models and predictive analytics to identify patterns, improve decision-making
Use AI to automate reporting and bring efficiency in work
Must be passionate about finding root causes, trends, and patterns and how they impact business performance
Must be able to translate business questions into analytical problems to provide insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
Collaborate with other team members to synthesize learnings from other analyses/sources to present holistic analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits of data coming from third parties
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required along with practical business experience in analyzing data. MBA or Masters in a quantitative field like Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT a plus
2-6 years of experience in analytics domain (Web/Marketing analytics preferred).
Excellent hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel and Visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau)
Expertise in Statistics, Data Science & Machine learning concepts
Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
Experience with SEO tools like SEMRush, BrightEdge, ahrefs preferred
High analytical and rigorous approach to problem solving skills: able to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data
