Essential functions

Technical Leadership

• Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using .NET Core, C#, and Azure services.

• Lead containerized deployments using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) with strong command of cluster management, scaling, and security.

• Implement GitOps-based deployments using Argo CD, ensuring reliable and automated release pipelines.

• Participate in customer discussions for requirement analysis, clarifications, and technical solutioning.

• Drive legacy system rearchitecture and migration to microservices.

• Oversee Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless integration with Argo CD for multi-environment automation.

• Review architecture, design, and code to ensure high standards of quality and scalability.

Project Management & Coordination

• Plan and manage project execution, including sprint planning, status tracking, and risk management.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Product, and Delivery).

• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

• Align technical execution with business and customer objectives.

Analysis & Troubleshooting

• Perform root cause analysis for production and performance issues.

• Use monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk for observability and proactive issue resolution.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide team members on design, coding standards, and DevOps best practices.

• Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving within the team.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET, .NET Core, and C# development.

• Expert-level knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) architecture, deployment strategies, scaling, and monitoring.

• Strong hands-on experience with Argo CD for GitOps, automated deployments, and environment management.

• Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services Blob Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, and related infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and legacy modernization approaches.

• Hands-on with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus).

• Proficiency with monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk).

• Excellent customer communication, analysis, and technical leadership skills.

• Proven experience in planning, team coordination, and project execution.

Good to Have

• Experience with React or Angular for UI development.

• Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and DDD.

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and cloud security best practices.

• Experience in the FinTech domain or regulated environments.
