Role Summary
Highly skilled Individual with experience being a part of Enablement function for large organization. Must have hands on experience in driving large scale CI/CD tools migration with automation focus to tackle scale. Must be a great communicator with focus on problem solving and upskilling app dev team
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Migration Scope high-volume CI/CD migrations
- Ensure App Dev meets pre-requests
- Complete bulk of migration work
- Meet App Dev acceptance criteria PRs and Deploy Validations
- Work with CDXO team to provide inputs to engineering solutions and get resolution on blocker issues
- Engage Cross-Functional Teams Collaborate with CDO and busy application teams to ensure alignment and adoption
- Answers Questions and schedule upskilling workshops / brown bag sessions
- Support Diverse Platforms Work across Windows & RHEL VMs, Liquibase-managed databases, and niche data/ETL pipelines, Azure DevOps or TFS
- Document & Standardize Maintain Clear Migration plans , reusable assets, and post-migration support materials
Skill-Set:
Required Expertise
- Solution Architecture
- Hands on CI/CD pipeline engineering experience
- Hands on CI/CD Migration experience
- GitHub Actions, Jenkins, UrbanCode Deploy , Harness
- Windows & RHEL deployment Stratergies
- Liquibase, ETL/data pipeline
- Terraform or Ansible familiarity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Terraform and/or Ansible to provision and manage infrastructure securely and repeatably
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g. Finance, healthcare)
- Certifications in GitHub Actions, Harness, or DevOps Tools
