Product Owner skills
Strong communication skills, attending Sephora meetings related to the project, initiate conversations, be a driver for both engineering and external teams (Sephora Product managers, Project managers, SAs, Tech Leads, QAs, stakeholders)
Build collaborative partnerships with architects, technical leads and key individuals within other functional groups
Manage the backlog
Work with product and engineering team to understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture to help drive decisions, work closely with GridDynamics and Sephora Solution Architects
