Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, vigilant, and capable of handling situations firmly yet calmly, with a balanced and soft-hearted approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry and exit of people and parking vehicles data
- Maintain safety and security of the premises at all times
- Handle conflicts or emergencies situations smoothly and responsibly
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the property
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management
- Assist visitors and staff in a polite and professional manner
- Follow security protocols and company policies strictly
- Floor management and ensure floor is calm
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: 20 to 40 years
- Ability to be assertive and firm when required
- Should be able to handle situations smoothly and calmly
- Soft-hearted, courteous, and respectful in behavior
- Good physical fitness and alertness
- Prior experience as a security guard is preferred
Language Skills
- Must be able to communicate in:
- English
- Hindi
- Telugu
