What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance for import transactions under RBI s Import Data Processing & Monitoring System (IDPMS) by managing documentation, coordinating with banks/customs, and reconciling payments to avoid regulatory risks.
- Track and close Bills of Entry (BoE) in IDPMS within timelines
- Coordinate with AD Banks, vendors, and customs for document accuracy and mismatch resolution
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and perform reconciliations (ERP vs. IDPMS vs. bank).
- Timely BoE closure, aging reduction, mismatch resolution cycle time, audit observations.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Pursuing MBA Finance
- Experience in Finance
- Basic interpersonal skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with administrative tasks and process improvement
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow established procedures
