Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop applications using Microsoft C++ .
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product Management, and Support to deliver quality software.
Work with relational databases and write efficient SQL queries.
Ensure software meets performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7 years in software development and analysis in a business environment.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft C++ (Visual Studio, MFC, Win32 APIs, etc.).
Strong experience developing Windows desktop applications .
Solid understanding of database design concepts and proficiency in SQL .
Experience working with ISAM and/or relational databases .
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, self-managing, and able to work independently or in teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
