- 3-to-6-year experience in Support role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with MS SQL.
- Good to have experience working with Microsoft Technologies ( and C#)
- Experience working with American customers.
- Willingness to work on rotation shift to support support process.
- Should have knowledge about support process (SLA, Priority, Criticality, Knowledge Base and etc)
- Exposure to application maintenance/production support/DevOps.
