What You Bring
Bachelors or Master s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
3 5 years of proven experience in writing technical content for B2B technology companies
Strong understanding of IT, software, SaaS, cloud, data analytics, and digital transformation terminologies
Ability to work with SMEs and translate technical information into content suitable for various audiences
Experience in writing blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product documents, website content, and social media content
Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills
Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Working knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
Desired Skills
Understanding of marketing funnels and ability to craft content that drives engagement and conversion
Familiarity with tools like Grammarly, Hemingway Editor, and Canva
Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Your Role
As a Technical Content Writer, you will
Develop high-quality, technically accurate, and engaging content across multiple formats and platforms
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify content needs and gather technical information
Write and manage blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, product documents, and more
Edit and refine existing content for clarity, tone, and consistency
Maintain the company s voice and ensure alignment across all written materials
Monitor content performance and iterate based on analytics
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor messaging
