Job Description

Role Overview

The Graduate Trainee will undergo a structured 46 month training and project-readiness program across IT operations, application support, and basic development tasks. After successful completion, candidates may be considered for Full-Time Employment based on performance and business need.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operational tasks under senior team guidance
Monitor applications, dashboards, s, and escalate issues as per SOP
Perform basic troubleshooting for incidents and service requests
Create and maintain documentation, logs, and daily/weekly reports
Participate in internal training programs and hands-on project activities
Follow defined ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change)
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Maintain high discipline, attendance, and learning engagement throughout the internship
