This role involves handling customer interactions over voice calls, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The position requires good communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and adherence to process guidelines. Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts and performance-driven targets.

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand Salary:12,500 per month + PF & ESIC
Incentives:Up to 1,500 per month
Working Days:6 days working
Shifts:Flexible shifts
Week Off:Rotational offs

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries within defined timelines.
Maintain detailed and accurate call logs in the CRM system.
Follow communication scripts, quality parameters, and compliance guidelines.
Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements:

Language Requirement: English and Hindi (mandatory)
Good communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email operations).
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
