Job Summary
As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for executing and supporting a range of treasury activities including forward booking and utilization, FX conversions, cross-border fund transfers, settlements, and treasury accounting. You will work closely with overseas entities, manage foreign bank accounts, support treasury audits, and ensure robust controls in compliance with our internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor forward contracts, including booking, utilization, and settlement of positions.
- Execute FX conversions and currency risk management transactions as per business requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate fund transfers and settlements between domestic and overseas entities.
- Manage and reconcile foreign bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with treasury accounting, including FX gain/loss reporting and end-of-month processes.
- Support internal and external treasury audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
- Maintain and enhance treasury control frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and overseas teams for effective treasury operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 25 years of relevant treasury or finance operations experience, ideally within a multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of forward contracts, FX conversions, and international fund transfers.
- Demonstrated experience with treasury accounting and foreign bank account management.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and treasury management systems.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and control.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience supporting treasury audits.
- Exposure to Oracle or large ERP treasury modules.
- Certification in Treasury (e.g., CTP, ACT) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
