    Key Responsibilities

    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.

    Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Provide detailed information about products and services.

    Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and technical support.

    Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.

    Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

    Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

    Follow company procedures and guidelines to manage customer interactions.

    Continuously seek to improve customer support processes and efficiency.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

    Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.

    Fresher Are Also welcome.

     

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software/tools.

    Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help customers.
