Designation: Executive - Talent Acquisition
Profile Description: The candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment cycle along with
strategizing for ensuring pipeline as per the requirement from the business.
Job Description: Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent for sales/servicing
hiring from diverse sources as per manpower requirements. Responsible for Entire Talent acquisition for Front line sales for Pan India
Leads communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams. Provides
feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement
through various systems.
Ensuring 100% SLA and compliance and related to recruitment
Managing appropriate source mix of hiring
Excellent stakeholder management through regular interaction and hiring updates
A typical day would include screening resumes / interviewing candidates, shortlisting them for
final interviews Post line manager selection, doing the documentation process for selected candidates,
negotiating offer and rolling out offers. Post offer acceptance communicating to the candidates
on induction day and joining formalities. During all these transactions maintaining an overall
good candidate experience. Ensuring 100% occupancy as per the manpower budget for the location
Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasing personality with excellent presentation skills.
Should be target oriented.
Has the ability to work as an Individual contributor & also work with a team when and wherever
required.
Requirements: Proven recruiting experience.
Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with social media recruiting.
Familiarity with KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus.
Experience in formulating a hiring strategy.
Outstanding communication skills.
Qualification: Preferably MBA in HR
