Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Roku Developer with strong expertise in building and maintaining Roku applications for OTT platforms. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of BrightScript, SceneGraph, and Roku certification standards.

Key Skills & Requirements

 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Roku application development (BrightScript)
  
  
• Strong experience with OTT platforms, including Linear Streaming & VOD
  
  
• Hands-on experience working across multiple Roku devices
  
  
• In-depth understanding of Roku certification requirements
  
  
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs (JSON), Git, and Roku native UI components
  
  
• Strong knowledge of SceneGraph threading, performance optimization, and design patterns
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with QA, Product Managers, and Product Owners
  
  
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  
  

 

Good to Have

 

• Experience with Google IMA SDK
