Workplace Technology Engineer @ Aeries Technology

You will join the team based in our new Two Circles office located in HITEC City, the heart of Hyderabad's thriving technology hub. Role:

As a Workplace Technology Engineer at Two Circles, you will look after the tools and technologies our two circlers use remotely and and in our offices to successfully rewire sports. We run a mixture of Windows and Mac devices and leverage a variety of SAAS applications across our 15 locations.

Those sites have minimal on-prem infrastructure other than collaboration tech and 3rd party commodity networking to assist hybrid working.As a broader part of our Technology Operations team, this role works with our Service Manager, Workplace Tech Engineers, Information Security and other data and engineering specialists to share knowledge and deliver the best experience to our wider business. This role provides ample opportunities to influence the direction of Two Circles Technology Operations strategy, own the delivery of a wide range of work, and further develop your own knowledge of technologies, systems, approaches and practices.

The ideal background and skills we are looking for:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Highly proficient in Windows and Mac support
• Managing and configuring Office 365 and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID
• MDM with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
• Collaboration/unified communications tools and hardware (preferably Teams)
• Service Management practices, including incident/request, change and problem management, monitoring events and altering
• Awareness of Data Protection, Privacy and Governance principles, e.g GDPR
• Experience working as part of a geographically spread, follow-the-sun team, where clear remote communication and effective end-of-day handovers are essential, and being confident and capable of holding the fort during the hours when you are the only person online
• Application of modern workplace security practices
