Key Responsibilities
Lead L1/L2/L3 support for MuleSoft integrations.
Monitor applications using Splunk, Anypoint Monitoring, Anypoint Runtime Manager.
Analyze logs, identify root causes, escalate as required.
Manage incidents, tickets, SLAs, and communication with stakeholders.
Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and deployments.
Ensure platform health, uptime, security, and performance.
Drive continuous improvements and automation in support processes.
Required Skills
Strong MuleSoft background (API-led, RAML, MUnit concepts).
Expertise in log analysis, dashboards, monitoring tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and connectivity.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
Certifications
Must Have / Good To Have:
MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD Level 1)
MuleSoft Integration Architect (MCA) Good to have
MuleSoft Platform Architect (MCPA) Good to have
Splunk Core User / Power User Good to have
ITIL Foundation Good to have
