Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain professionalism and quality standards on every call
• Document call details and update records in the system
• Meet performance metrics like AHT, CSAT, and quality score

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Customer service or international BPO experience preferred

Criteria

• Only Candidates From Mumbai are Eligible to apply
• Excellent communication skills required
• Accepting Freshers or Fresh Graduates with Good English Communication skills
• Candidates should be comfortable with Night shifts/ US rotational Shifts
