Job Description

Walk-in Details - 06 January 2026

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire new CASA customers through field sales, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct customer onboarding, ensure complete KYC and documentation.
Cross-sell banking products (FD, RD, Debit/Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).
Achieve assigned CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future business opportunities.
Adhere to compliance, process, and service quality standards.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Acquisition Manager - 6 months - 3 Years of sales experience (BFSI/field sales preferred).
Sales Manager - 3-8 Years of sales experience (BFSI/field sales preferred).
Freshers are also welcomed who are interested for sales.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
