Technical Lead (Data Warehousing & GCP)

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive our data strategy. You will oversee the design, development, and management of enterprise-scale data solutions, focusing on GCP-native architectures.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of data engineers, providing technical oversight and ensuring best practices in ETL/ELT development.
• Architect Solutions: Design scalable, secure data warehousing structures using GCP tools (BigQuery, Dataflow, etc.).
• Agile Delivery: Oversee project lifecycles using Agile methodologies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Strategy: Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years in Data Warehousing; 5+ years in a Tech Lead role.
• Mandatory: Expert-level knowledge of GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Composer) and Data Warehousing/ETL concepts.
• Process: Proven experience with Agile frameworks and project management.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management abilities.
