Brief Description about the role : Production Support and Project deliverables
Key Responsibilities :
- Supporting Internal/External Projects
- Provide 24*7 operations Support to various business verticals
- Managing Services as per the accepted SLA
- Providing technical solutions to the various production issue
- Root Cause Analysis for the recurring issues
- Proactive monitoring and Management of the services
- Backup Management
- Co-ordinate with development teams to resolve the identified or reported issue
Skill and Competencies :
- Good Knowledge in Linux concepts
- Good knowledge in Apache and Nginx Web servers Management & Troubleshooting
- Good Shell Scripting Knowledge
- Good knowledge in production support management
- Good knowledge in cloud architecture & Implementation.
Education and Experience : Any Degree with good experience in Linux administration.
